Wrong Sex

God never intended for Christians to live together and have sex without being married, and yet that’s exactly what is happening and being more and more tolerated in the churches nowadays. The Bible says that we are supposed to judge and confront those who are living this sort of sinful lifestyle, and if they don’t repent, we are to remove them from our midst, so that the rest of the church will not be contaminated. For this reason, we are not to associate with anyone who claims to be a believer and yet indulges in sexual sin. We shouldn’t even eat with such a person. (See 1. Corinthians 5:1-13) That is why we need to be on our guards and never allow ourselves to be fooled! We must realize what the Bible says that those who have a lifestyle of indulging in sexual sin, will not inherit the Kingdom of God – people who are fornicators, adulterers, male prostitutes, and those who practice homosexuality. Thank God that from time to time you hear testimonies from those who say that [...]

The Lord’s Supper

Partaking in the celebration of God’s Holy Communion or the Lord’s Supper is a very serious event. For every time we eat the bread which represent the body of the Lord Jesus Christ which is given to us and drink the cup of wine after supper which represent the new covenant between God and His people—an agreement confirmed with His blood, we are remembering the Lord and announcing His death until He comes back again. If anyone eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord unworthily, meaning with unconfessed sin, or disregarding the true meaning of the bread and cup and forget the tremendous price our Savior Jesus Christ paid for our salvation, is guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. You are basically eating and drinking God’s judgment upon yourself. That is the reason why many people are weak and sick and some have even died, as happened in the Corinthian church! We should therefore always examine ourselves before eating the bread and drinking the cup so we would not be judged [...]

God Intended For Shepherds To Lead The Church

The problem with so many churches is that the pastor, elder, or bishop does not have the gift and calling of a shepherd, and therefore he is not able to lovingly care for and feed the flock assigned to him in the appropriate way, leading them by his own good example, which is; watching over them willingly, without controlling them, but instead serving them with all humility and not for what he can get out of it, but because he is eager to serve God! (See Acts 20:28 & 1. Peter 5:2-5) A true shepherd is not dishonest with money, arrogant, or quick-tempered. He has a strong belief in the trustworthy message of the Word of God, and is able to encourage others with wholesome teaching, and lovingly show those who oppose it where they are wrong. (See Titus 1:1-9) But what happens when a church doesn’t have a leader who has the gift and calling of a pastor or shepherd, is that it will most likely be led by someone who has the gift of a teacher, who [...]

The Right Kind Of Spiritual Leadership

“Obey your spiritual leaders, and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this with joy and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for your benefit.” Hebrews 13:17 NLT
It is extremely important to know what kind of leadership you are submitting yourself under in the church! Is it one who builds you up in Christ or tears you down in hurt and discouragement? The responsibility of a spiritual leader, which is one who must have the gift and calling of an elder or shepherd/pastor, “is to equip God’s people to do His work and build up the church, the body of Christ.” Ephesians 4:12 NLT  The pastor is supposed to care for the flock that God has entrusted to him, watch over it willingly, not grudgingly—not for what he will get out of it, but because he is eager to serve God. He is not to lord it over or control the people assigned to his care, but lead them by [...]

Supernatural Human Strength

Talking about moving around supernaturally, The Lord, at one point, gave the prophet Elijah supernatural human strength to run speedily over 20 miles, which would be about 3.5 hours from Mount Carmel, all the way to the entrance of Jezreel ahead of the evil king Ahab’s chariot, to show him the power of God! (See 1. Kings 18:46) The evangelist Philip, after leading an Ethiopian eunuch to the Lord and baptizing him, was suddenly snatched away by the Spirit of the Lord, and found himself 20 miles farther north in the town of Azotus, where he preached the Good News there and in every town along the way. (See Acts 8:1-40) Wow! “The Lord Most High is awesome!!! He is the great King of all the earth!” Psalm 47:2 NLT

The Atheists

The atheists likes to mock Christians, saying things like; what happened to the promise that Jesus is coming back, everything has remained the same since the world was first created. (See 2. Peter 3:3-4) To them it is all nonsense, God does not exist! They think it is ridiculous that Christ was crucified for our sins. They would rather put their faith into what the philosophers, scholars, and the world’s so-called brilliant intellectuals and debaters are saying. (See 1. Corinthians 1:20-23)  The Bible says that only fools say in their hearts, “There is no God.” Psalm 14:1 NLT  Isn’t it ironic that the Devil and his demons, who causes the atheists to reject the existence of God himself, believes in God and yet trembles in terror? (See James 2:19)

A True Shepherd

When a pastor doesn’t have the calling and the gift of a shepherd, he will end up lording over the people, controlling them, and will never release them to go do what God called them to do. His main concern is to keep the flock under his own wings because of the tithes and offerings he receives from them, and because he doesn’t want to give the appearance to the outside world that his congregation is decreasing. Therefore, he will typically tell those of his church members who wants to step out and start their own ministry that they are “not ready” and shouldn’t leave, but instead they have to continue to stay under his authority till he decides when they are potentially ready to do anything! A true shepherd, on the other hand. cares for the flock that God has entrusted to him. He watches over it willingly, not grudgingly—not for what he will get out of it, but because he is eager to serve God. He doesn’t lord it over the people assigned to his care, but lead [...]

Stand Firm – A Prophetic Word

Stand firm against the attacks of the Devil, and be strong in your faith! Remember that your Christian brothers and sisters all over the world are going through the same kind of suffering you are. God in His kindness called you to share in His eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, He will restore, support, and strengthen you, and He will place you on a firm foundation. Be encouraged! What you are experiencing is truly part of God’s grace for you! Stand firm in this grace!!! (See 1. Peter 5:9-12)

God Is Faithful – A Prophetic Word

God is faithful! For Jesus Christ, the Son of God, does not waver between “Yes” and “No.” For all of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for His glory! Therefore hold tightly without wavering to the hope you affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise! Because faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen! You must continue to believe this truth and stand firmly in it. God will certainly make this thing happen for you, for He who calls you is faithful!!! (See 2. Corinthians 1:20, Hebrews 10:23, Hebrews 11:1 & 1. Thessalonians 5:24)

List Of False Doctrines In The Church

Whether it is the Evangelicals, Baptists, Pentecostals, Charismatics, Presbyterians, Methodists, or any other Christian denomination or non-denominational church or ministry group, you will find teachers who teach destructive doctrines and heresies, and even deny the Master who bought them. Many follow their evil teachings and shameful immorality. In their greed they will make up clever lies to get hold of your money. And because of these teachers, the way of truth will be slandered. (See 2. Peter 2:1-3)
Here is a list of some of the false theologies: Cessationism, (the belief that the gifts of the Holy Spirit, such as speaking in tongues, prophecy, and faith healing ceased from being practiced early in Christian Church history), the “once saved always saved” idea, tithing, keeping of the Sabbath, the prosperity gospel, name it and claim it proclamations (which by the way is based on the New Age philosophy of the Law of Attraction), special Jewish festivity money “seed” offerings, disqualification from being in ministry once divorced and/or remarried, men being forbidden to have long hair, women pastors teaching men and [...]
