Are you, as a woman, struggling with your outward appearance? Are you concerned about getting old and being overweight, not looking the way you used to look, young, attractive and beautiful and getting the attention and praise you used to get? Are you desperately spending money you don’t really have on hair dressers, expensive clothes and jewelry, trying to compensate for and cover up your imperfections? The Bible says; “Don’t be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hairstyles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes.” (1. Peter 3:3 NLT) Why? Because, “beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.” (Proverbs 31:30 NLT) Therefore, as a woman of God, “you should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God.” (1. Peter 3:4 NLT)
In addition to operating our websitewww.instituteoflove.net, we recently felt led to create a whole new website that is solely dedicated to exposing the evil “Jezebel and Ahab spirit”: www.jezebelspirit.net. This new website contains all the teachings we have ever written about this subject. We believe this website is a great resource in educating oneself about, and be protected against this demonic Jezebel and Ahab spirit that has crippled and devastated the lives of millions of men and women of God all over the world! This website can be passed on to help others you know who may be dealing with this issue, and all articles can be shared on facebook. We love you & God bless, Edwin & Sophia
Beware of the vicious evil spirit of Jezebel! She will continue to openly attack and discredit you, even long after you wrestled yourself away from her grip and exposed her for who she really is. Watch out! She will lie to you saying; “I have moved on,” but in reality, she is dreaming and fantasizing about your demise. Always remember, she is extremely jealous, unforgiving, hateful, and full of vengeance. She takes matters into her own hand, plotting and scheming, and will go to any means to have you destroyed! She has the spirit of her father, Satan, aka the devil, who came to steal, kill, and destroy. (John 10:10) Yes, the demonic spirit of Jezebel comes from the devil, your great enemy who prowls around like a roaring lion, looking to devour you. Stay alert and watch out! (See 1. Peter 5:8) “Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of [...]
God will hold you accountable for cursing those who persecute you, when you should have been praying for them and blessing them instead. (See Romans 12:14)
Jesus said; if you are even angry with someone, you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot, you are in danger of being brought before the court. And if you curse someone, you are in danger of the fires of hell. Matthew 5:22 NLT
And I tell you this, you must give an account on judgment day for every idle word you speak. The words you say will either acquit you or condemn you. Matthew 12:36-37 NLT
Is it an islamic, dictatorial style of government that President Obama is secretly aiming for, like the ones in Iran, Cuba, and Venezuela where the freedom of the citizens are being restricted and restrained? Is it because of the urgent prayers of Christians who are asking God to bring godliness and dignity to the White House that the Obama administration is now being exposed through the multiple scandals for plotting this dictatorship goal? (See 1. Timothy 2:1-2)
Indeed, prayers are making an impact on this country; “For God will bring our darkest secrets to light and will reveal our private motives.” (1. Corinthians 4:5 NLT)
I was just watching a church service on television, where an excited pastor was giving a complicated, revelatory sermon, as he called it, on how to tap in and enter into the anointing, in order to get all the financial recourses you need, and be empowered to capture the attention of the world around you, as you being you, becomes Him with you. It is only when you step into this anointing that you are able to understand this engagement, which enables you to release all the blessings of the heavenly spheres upon your life and surroundings. You are not only able to touch the financial blessings, but you can literally grasp it and make it yours. You are basically unlocking the safe of the heavenly secrets. The church was loud and going crazy, shouting hallelujah, praise the Lord! At the end of the broadcast I was baffled, thinking, what was this pastor talking about? What was the church so excited about? The answer; it comes down to the same story that is being preached in these church circles; [...]
It has become an almost daily occurrence hearing of someone who discovered, after many years, that someone they know, who they thought was a good Christian person, isn’t actually a Christian at all, and actually never was.
This is such a sensitive topic, you say, one that should be left alone because we “cannot judge someone’s heart.” How many times have I heard this argument? Uncountable.
No, we may have to leave the judging of someone’s heart to God, who has promised He will search out the motives of each heart.
“… Then all the churches will know that I am the one who searches out the thoughts and intentions of every person. And I will give to each of you whatever you deserve.” (Revelation 2:23 NLT)
But, as startling many believers have yet to discover, the Bible is clear about having discernment, judging every spirit to see if it comes from God, and being aware of wolves in sheep’s clothing. If we ignore this part, we do ourselves a disservice, simply because we find it too uncomfortable to test people, or because [...]
There is not such thing as a “debt-cancellation” fee that has to be sown in order for you to get out of debt, as many of these false prosperity preachers are telling you. These greedy preachers are just making up clever lies to get hold of your money! (See 2. Peter 2:3) They don’t care whether you get deeper in debt, and they are certainly not the type of godly ministry that helps people who have urgent needs. (See Titus 3:14) Just think about it, how can God tell you to give money that you don’t have? As a matter of fact, the Bible says that you should only give according to what you have, not what you don’t have. (2. Corinthians 8:12 NLT) The way God teaches us not to get in debt in the first place, is simply to “owe nothing to anyone—except for your obligation to love one another.” (Romans 13:8 NLT) And if you do, you should “give to everyone what you owe them: Pay your taxes and government fees to those who collect them,…” (Romans [...]
Last night there were two things bothering me and keeping me from falling asleep. Number one, the continuous dishonesty, blame games, and denials of our first black president Barack Obama of knowing anything about the serious scandals that are surrounding him. Number two, being an African American man myself, a question that I have been wrestling with for some time now is; are there any black leaders who are in the public eye, whether they are spiritual or not, who are trustworthy role models? I found it very hard to answer this question positively, since most of what we as black leaders have done is not worthy of praise. I say we, because even though God has done much work of healing and restoration in me, I still take it upon myself and feel kind of responsible for many of the wrong behaviors of black leaders.
Black, spiritual leaders are often acting more like pimps, concerned about having lots of money, power, and notoriety. Instead of caring for their own people, they are fleecing them. Also, there is not a [...]
In the book of Romans chapter 2, the apostle Paul addressed the hypocrisy of the religious Jews who loved to teach others what to do, but they themselves were not doing it. They were telling others not to steal, and yet they themselves were robbing and fleecing the people. They were saying it is wrong to commit adultery, and yet they themselves committed adultery without having any remorse, like nothing happened. They were so proud of knowing the law, but they were dishonoring God by breaking it. It is also mentioned in the same chapter that it is no wonder that the gentiles blaspheme the name of God. (See Romans 2:21-24)
Isn’t much of the same thing happening nowadays in the body of Christ, where prideful, “money hungry” prosperity preachers are going around fleecing the flock with their false teachings and prophecies? Aren’t we hearing more often than not about pastors and ministers who commit adultery and continue in the ministry like nothing happened? It is no wonder that the world is so skeptical about God because of the actions [...]
