Especially in these Coronavirus pandemic days many are preaching a gospel of fear saying things like,

You have to make sure you are ready when Jesus comes back, make sure you pray for your family, make sure you evangelize, watch out, be on your guard so you won’t be left behind when Jesus returns to rapture the Church, don’t take the vaccine, do this, do that.

But Jesus is coming back for His bride, the Church who is in love with Him and not in fear of Him!

See the Bible says,

“Only those people who are led by God’s Spirit are His children. God’s Spirit doesn’t make us slaves who are afraid of Him. Instead, we become His children and call Him our Father.” Romans‬ ‭8:14-15‬ ‭CEV‬‬

That’s why it says,

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, LOVE, and self-discipline.” 2. Timothy‬ ‭1:7‬ ‭NLT‬‬

“God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face Him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced His perfect love. We love each other because He loved us first.” 1. John‬ ‭4:16-19‬ ‭NLT‬‬

When Jesus promised the Holy Spirit He said this,

“All who love Me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and we will come and make our home with each of them. I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.” John‬ ‭14:23+27‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Therefore,

“I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans‬ ‭8:38-39‬ ‭NLT‬‬

In Conclusion,

“Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are His dear children. Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered Himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.” Ephesians‬ ‭5:1-2‬ ‭NLT‬‬
